Amazing job, man. All I can think of is how far along you've come to this point, and what an amazing privilege it is to be a part of it. I wish nothing but the best for episode 10!!

Best of the Series

You sure did nail it on the head this time, Maren.

Starting with the awesomely animated opening sequence (great Bleach useage too!) all the way to the animated scenes and the battle itself, I was hooked. The voices were top notch (Raynor and I did pretty good in this one, and the quality was SO much better as well :P), and it was pretty much a seamless transition into the battle itself, which was quite awesome indeed.

This time also, there was no issue with the text not matching the voices, kudos for that. I love the new battle interface as well, and the commands to enter during the team Overlimit added something great as well. I know a lot of people are alos happy that you included the option to skip the battle if it's too tough... but playing the battle is actually fun and quite enjoyable this time.

Here's looking forward to Episode 9, my friend.

Pick Up: Act 2 Pick Up: Act 2

Worth the Wait

Pick Up: Act Two was definately worth the wait.

Sure, it's fast paced and frantic, but that's part of the magic of what works so well in this series. It's realistic (to a certain degree regarding speaking in turn at least), and it has quite the storyline going for it thus far.

The art style is very well done and very fluid looking over the First Act. The music helps drive the story as well, and that was the case the first time around as well. This is shaping up to be quite the conclusion, provided the Third Act closes the story out.

Overall, I really enjoyed Pick Up: Act Two. The acting was spot on, and the length was perfect. Here's looking to the next time we visit Hickory, Snow, Trisha, and, yes... that loveable brother, Patrick.

Thanks for the love, I'll be sure to work out all the kinks for when you and Ty take up Act Three.
